First, what is Over clocking:
-Over clocking is a way to push your current PC hardware to work above its box specifications. Mostly, Processors, video cards and rams are the main elements that can be overclocked.

Second Place Winner:
Arnel Calatraba, nicknamed centax error, Overclocked his Intel Pentium E2140, with a stock rated clock speed of 1600mhz TO a 3441MHZ giving him a good 115.06% Overclock. Winning himself a P500.00 Cash Prize and A Sunbeam Led Case Handle.
